It is not always easy to look at your past and current experiences that trouble you, but they end when you take a risk to face them directly.
Often people are not aware that past events may have shaped their perceptions and even their physiology. If you experienced something traumatic and were not able to process the event completely, anything may trigger associations with that original trauma.
